"My husband and I were planning a trip to Portugal for a while and wanted to get a tour of Lisbon. I came across Catia's name on Tripadvisor and emailed her asking about availability. She answered right away and kept in touch with me for about a month responding to all kinds of questions about the tour as well as car rentals, hotel info etc...   She was very generous with her time before she even met us. I knew as soon as she showed up at our hotel that we were going to have a good time together! She had a quick smile and a good sense of humor, her knowledge of the country and it's history was pretty impressive. She had an answer to every question or if she didn't - she would take a minute to look it up and tell us about it the next day. Her day tour of Lisbon on foot was so fascinating that we didn't realize that we have walked for almost 6 hours! She also took us to Sintra, Estoril and Caiscais the next day in her immaculate little car.
   I highly recommend Catia to anyone who wants to get a taste of history and culture without being stuck on a bus with lots of strangers.Her fees were very reasonable and it made sense to have a private tour".
