Booking the tour:

In order to confirm your booking we just need a 50€ deposit per tour. This deposit can be sent with your credit card, by Paypal, bank transfer or any other method at your convenience.

Cancellation policy:

Due to COVID-19, aka Corona Virus, our cancellations policy has been extended. Tours can be cancelled up to 15 days with no penalty. For cancellations with less than 15 days your deposit will be refunded in the shape of a gift certificate, which you can use any time in the future... or even offer it to a friend. 

If you need to cancel your tour you can ask for a deposit refund. You are eligible if it’s still missing 30 days to the tour or this cancellation is caused by an act of god certified by a 3^rd party. If the bad weather doesn’t allow your cruise to dock or plane to land, we understand that it’s not your fault and you will get your money back.

Tours cancelled within 30 days of the start date will receive a gift certificate of the deposit. This gift certificate can be used as a deposit for another tour with Lisbon Stories within 2years.

Guides:

All our tours are conducted by a licensed guide, incredibly fluent in your language. We ONLY work with guides licensed and certified by the Official Tourism Board and previously tested by Catia. Needless to say that they are passionate about their country and culture, professional and love what they do.

Kids:

Lisbon Stories is a child friendly company. Booster seats can be arranged with no extra charge and children up to 12 years old travel for free, as long as accompanied by one adult. Please let us know how many children are you travelling with and how tall are them so that we can arrange booster seats.

Prices:

All our prices include the services of a licensed tour guide, taxes and personal accidents insurance.

Please read the tour description carefully as different tours include different extras. Unless mentioned no tour includes lunch nor gratuities.

Shore excursions:

Most of our tours can be enjoyed as a shore excursion. Let us know on which ship are you sailing and let us handle everything. Your tour will start right from the pier and the itinerary will be designed making sure that we get closer to the ship as the day gets closer to the end. You’ll be dropped-off at the ship one hour before it departs, just to be safe.

In six years we never got anyone left behind. You won’t be the first one.

Transportation:

All our full day tours include transportation in a modern and comfortable vehicle with air-conditioning. Our favorite car is a Volkswagen Sharan produced in Portugal. It seats seven people comfortably or four people and their generous luggage. It had automatic slide doors and tinted windows, individual air-conditioning control and many other features perfect for touring.

Bigger or smaller groups can ask for a different car. Fees may apply.
