Horseback riding
Touring on a horseback gives you a whole different perspective of the landscape. Fully immersed on the nature, you can truly relax, take a deep breath and recover all the needed strengths to return to the “real life”.
Sntra’s mountain has an unique atmosphere, no wonder Lord Byron called it “The glorious Eden”, so this might well be the perfect place to do it.
Lisbon Stories offers two horseback riding options, both suitable for everyone: beginners and experts.
Half day of horseback riding:
We’ll leave your hotel going straight to the horseback riding facilities. After the tour, we’ll enjoy some free time in Cascais area and will drive through a panoramic road on the way back to Sintra, enjoying both the ocean and the river.
Beginners don’t have reasons to be scared: before the horseback riding there will be a lesson, preparing you with all the tips and tricks that you need to know. After the lesson, our beautiful ride will take one hour and will show us the beautiful nature of Sintra’s mountain. At the same time, experienced riders will find amazing natural conditions for a unique ride.
Full day of Sintra tour, with horseback riding at the end of the day.
We’ll do the normal Sintra tour, visiting Pena Palace, walking around the little historical centre, we’ll drive through the natural Park of Sintra Cascais and after enjoying some time in front of the ocean, we’ll finally stop for our horseback riding.
